Title: High Call Volume Remote Call Center Agent - Verification Specialist
Are you a master of communication with an exceptional ability to handle high call volumes? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is crucial? If so, CallCore Media is seeking a talented and motivated individual like you to join our team as a High Call Volume Remote Call Center Agent - Verification Specialist.
As a High Call Volume Remote Call Center Agent - Verification Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring that callers meet all the necessary qualifications before being transferred to the appropriate departments. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle a high volume of calls will be essential in providing seamless experiences for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls (300-400/day) efficiently and professionally, verifying caller information to determine eligibility
- Conduct thorough and accurate qualification assessments by asking pertinent questions and gathering relevant information
- Update caller records and document interactions in our CRM system with precision and attention to detail
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing callers' inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering accurate information
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality and data security
- Meet and exceed performance metrics
- Adapt to different campaigns and procedures as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a call center or sales environment preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt to different campaigns
- Proficient in using a computer and navigating multiple systems
Must have a quiet workspace and all necessary equipment including:
- USB Headset
- Windows 10 or higher or Mac OS X 10.11 or higher, 8GB Ram 250 GB Hard-Drive space
- Hard-wired internet connection with speed of at least 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload)
- Webcam (required for training),
This is a full-time position with a pay rate of $13/hr plus ATTENDANCE BONUS* and PERFORMANCE BONUS (up to $10/hr). If you are a motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to different campaigns, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
