Warehouse Manager – Called to Surf
We are looking for someone to join the Called to Surf family as our Warehouse Manager. Our warehouse is our headquarters for many business operations including our online fulfillment center, processing center for incoming and outgoing inventory, and supplying our 3 retail locations with supplies and inventory. The position requires someone that can be detail oriented while managing multiple facets of the warehouse at any given time. We are a small family run business and work closely with all aspects and operations of the company. Our family work environment is something that we pride ourselves on. As a small business we all wear multiple “hats”, so flexibility is vital!

- Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency both in managing inventory and processing online orders while maintaining productivity and accuracy
- Balancing efficiency and accuracy by working daily with other employees through training, supervising, and motivating.
- Maintain organization in the warehouse by developing and adapting existing warehouse operations systems.
- Manage inventory through computer inventory software and space management.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Oversee daily operations with processing inventory and online fulfillment
- Achieve weekly goals by managing day to day tasks.
- Hiring and firing employees
Daily and Weekly Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Schedule employees
· Meet weekly with owners and employees
· Supervise daily activities of the warehouse including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, employee productivity, online shipping, restocking retail locations, processing new inventory
· Work alongside employees to help with the workload
Job Requirements
· Full Time Position (40 hours)
· Retail and/or Warehouse experience through a previous job
· Experience with inventory management
· Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
· Prior experience managing employees.
· Comfortable correcting employees’ mistakes and behavior.
· Must work on site at warehouse located in Provo, Utah.
· Must be willing to put in extra hours if/when needed
