Overview
Overnight Assistant Team Lead Pay: $23.00 per hour Shift: Sunday through Wednesday 8:30pm to 6:30am Calo Programs is a nationally recognized residential treatment facility located in Lake Ozark, Missouri whose focus is on healing the affects of childhood trauma. Calo has an opening for an Overnight Assistant Lead in our Teen Boys program that provides supervision and safety to teen boys ages 13-17. The primary role of the Overnight Assistant Lead is to provide an environment of safety and support for students and staff on the Overnight Shift.
Responsibilities
- Support shift staff, mentors, and dysregulated students
- Ensure team home is clean, organized and has all supplies needed
- Ability to lead, create, and manage their team
- Train and grow mentors under their supervision
- Assist in finding coverage for program
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Management experience preferred
- Experience in a residential setting preferred
- Internal applicants must have no disciplinary action for the past 90 days.
- Have experience in a leadership role and able to demonstrate strong leadership skills.
- Current CPR and SCM certification.
