House Manager Transition Home
Pay: $47,985.00/yr
Location: Lake Ozark, Missouri
Calo Programs is a unique organization comprising an extraordinary group of programs (family intensives, preteen and teen residential treatment centers, and emerging adult transition programs) all dedicated to healing the effects of early trauma. All Calo programs implement a unique and truly relational treatment model based on neurobiology and evidence-based attachment and trauma treatment research. Calo's older teen students that have completed a minimum of 6 months in residential treatment move to the Transition Homes to prepare for adulthood and independent living. The House Manager is the single point of accountability for safety and overall residential operations for the Calo Transition Homes.
Responsibilities
The mission of the House Manager is to support the program through overseeing the day-to-day residential operations, including but not limited to: Safety (student/staff and structural), student & staff schedule management and implementation, adequate staffing per state regulatory ratios, growth and development of residential staff, ensuring programmatic integrity of Calo’s values and mission to build trusting relationships through CASA. The role of the House Manager in the treatment team is to support Transition Specialists in providing information regarding student’s daily movements, peer relationships, staff interactions, and hygiene patterns. As well as assisting in creation and implantation of individualized treatment interventions.
Qualifications
1. High school Diploma or GED (bachelor’s preferred)
2. 25 years age
3. Able to pass federal background check/drug screening.
4. Valid Driver’s license, or ability to obtain one in 90 days of hire.
5. Ability to work rotating weekends
