Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background as an elite Sales Adviser, Finance Manager, and preferably a Sales Manager.
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets
- Identify new market opportunities and drive growth through effective sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Utilize E-Leads or similar CRM tools to track sales activities and performance
- Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to the sales team for continuous improvement
Skills:
- Proven experience in business development, direct sales and closing
- Strong understanding of technology sales and technical products/services
- Ability to manage and lead a high-performing sales team
- Proficiency in E-Leads or other CRM software for sales tracking and reporting
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate others
