WE ARE SEEKING: A strong leader with an outgoing personality to be a Branch Manager in our West Ocean City, Maryland Market.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Leading, motivating and developing your branch team.
- Participating in community events.
- Providing outstanding customer service.
- Growing branch revenue through the promotion of bank products and services that meet the specific needs of our customers.
YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- A bachelor's degree and previous branch banking experience, or at least seven years’ related experience and training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prior supervisory/management experience leading a team.
- The flexibility to work some Saturdays - and to roll up your sleeves and help the team on the teller line if needed.
