Summary:

Job Responsibilities:
- Investigate reports of child abuse, neglect, or abandonment.
- Assess family environments and child safety.
- Coordinate with law enforcement, healthcare professionals, and social services.
- Develop and implement case management plans, including foster care or adoption options.
- Monitor child placements and conduct follow-up visits.
- Prepare court reports and testify in legal proceedings.
- Provide resources and support to families for child safety and well-being.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
- Experience in foster care, adoption, or pediatric case management.
- Strong communication and crisis management skills.
- Knowledge of child protection laws and procedures.
- Ability to work with diverse populations and manage emotionally challenging situations.
