To expand our offerings and identify what consumers want, we are looking for a highly skilled marketing director. Marketing experience and a thorough understanding of branding are essential qualities for the ideal candidate. Managing a team of writers, designers, and account managers and interacting with clients regularly is essential. It requires a deep understanding of what makes people tick, as well as a drive to deliver meaningful solutions.
Objectives of this role
- Develop marketing and branding strategies for existing and new products in collaboration with the business team.
- Provide leadership and direction to the marketing department by identifying revenue opportunities among established clients and acquiring new ones.
- Plan and manage marketing budgets, profit-and-loss projections, and expenditures on a short- and long-term basis.
- Recognize key performance metrics and tracking tools for market research, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends, and translate results into actionable insights for the marketing team.
Responsibilities
· Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities.
· Supervise the department and provide guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals.
· Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently.
· Plan and execute campaigns for corporate promotion, launching of new product lines, etc.
· Monitor progress and submit performance reports.
· Lead marketing strategy development by collaborating closely with clients, managers, creatives, content providers, and distribution partners to develop effective plans aimed at expanding the audience for our services and offerings.
· Lead marketing campaign execution, including test and control group segmentation, testing, tracking, results reporting, analyses, and recommendations.
Required skills and qualifications
· Track record of accomplishment in senior marketing roles and campaign creation
· Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities
· Experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media skills is required.
· Proven budget planning and management skills
