What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Strategist Associate position at CAM Edu?

CAM Educational Services is an innovative, educational Start-Up, developing a high-quality fun online lesson distant learning platform and other local in-person learning Projects. We are a local-born start-up that serves local families from the bay area as well as families from overseas.

We are seeking a self-motivated Marketing Strategists Associate to assist the B. D. Team daily operation. This position reports to the Business Development Department Lead. Strong communication skills, organization, attention to detail, and resourcefulness are critical in this fast-paced department. Cross-functional partners include Sales, Product Merchandising, Marketing Creative, and suppliers.

In this role you will be:

  • Search and analyze the latest local and international trends and educational products
  • Educational influencer research
  • Writing short reviews of Arts& Crafts ideas, Educational products, and games and toy review
  • Create content based on product research and reviews.
  • Pursuing partnerships to increase user acquisition.
  • Analyze data from social media ads and social media platforms.
  • Analyzing data to see where we are falling short and where we need to improve.
  • Creating reports and briefings for investors and other important partnership meetings.
  • Working on special projects for the expansion of CAM's website.
  • Assisting with the needs of other departments' day-to-day success.
  • Sending and tracking CRM ( Customer Relationship Management ) software packages.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or currently attaining
  • Experienced business development, advertising, Sales
  • Strong written, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Strengths in networking and relationship development
  • First and foremost, building relationships that drive revenue
  • Finding creative customer acquisition strategies
  • Building scalable demand generation campaigns
  • Working collaboratively and directly with the Management team on revenue-generating strategies
  • Providing a world-class prospect and partner experience
  • Business-critical ad-hoc projects (after all, we’re a startup!)
  • Be the Point of contact to our vendor/community partner/ clients.
  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads via phone/text/email.
  • Learn and get familiar with CRM software to track all activities and account information up to date.
  • Develop strong, authentic, and ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize sales efforts.

Pay: $15.50 - $15.60 per hour
