Cam's Pizzeria, a popular and thriving establishment committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences, is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Pizzeria Helpers. As a Pizzeria Helper at Cam's, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of various tasks within the pizzeria.
Responsibilities:
Kitchen Assistance: Assist in food preparation, including dough, sauces, and toppings.
Support chefs in cooking and baking processes.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
Order Fulfillment:Work collaboratively with kitchen and serving staff to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Package and present orders for take-out and delivery.
Customer Service:Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take and process customer orders, addressing any special requests or inquiries.
Cleaning and Maintenance:Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, kitchen equipment, and utensils.
Assist in routine maintenance tasks as needed.
Team Collaboration:Communicate effectively with colleagues to maintain a harmonious and efficient work environment.
Support and assist other team members during peak periods.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or pizzeria setting is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive and adaptable attitude.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
