Job Title: RN - House Supervisor
Location: Kane, PA

Shift Time: 12hrs Night, 6:00 pm to 6:00 am
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced RN - House Supervisor to join our team in Kane, PA. This is a permanent position with a night shift schedule from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am. New grads are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of recent RN - House Supervisor experience, preferably in a nursing home setting. A valid RN license for PA and BLS certification from AHA is required.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department and provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and adherence to established policies and procedures
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and evaluation of nursing staff
- Monitor and maintain adequate staffing levels and make adjustments as needed
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the shift
- Provide support and assistance to nursing staff in the provision of direct patient care
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and standards of practice
Qualifications:
- RN license for PA (Required)
- BLS certification from AHA (Required)
- Minimum of 1 year of recent RN - House Supervisor experience is highly preferred
- Experience in a nursing home setting is highly preferred
