Job Position: RN New Grad
Location: Franklin, NC
Duration: 13 weeks (with possible extension)
Shift: 8 or 10 hours, Days
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours in a week

Description:
Patient Care: RNs are responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. They provide direct care to patients, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, managing patient records, and assisting with procedures.
Care Coordination: RNs collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors, therapists, and technicians, to develop and implement patient care plans. They coordinate and communicate patient needs and progress to the healthcare team.
Patient Education: RNs play a vital role in educating patients and their families about health conditions, medications, treatments, and self-care techniques. They provide information, support, and resources to help patients make informed decisions about their healthcare.
Documentation: RNs maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, symptoms, treatments, and progress notes. They ensure proper documentation of interventions, medications administered, and any changes in the patient's condition.
Advocacy: RNs act as patient advocates, ensuring that patients' rights and preferences are respected. They communicate patient concerns and needs to the healthcare team and help facilitate effective communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers.
Supervision and Leadership: RNs may provide guidance and supervision to other healthcare staff, such as licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and nursing assistants. They may also assume leadership roles in healthcare teams and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Emotional Support: RNs provide emotional support to patients and their families, especially during challenging or stressful situations. They offer comfort, reassurance, and empathy while maintaining a professional and caring demeanor.

Required/ Must have:
RN License
BLS AHA
Covid Vaccination
