We're seeking a Licensed Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary based on experience, ranging from $30,000 to $55,000 per year, with opportunities for commission. Responsibilities
- Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional products to existing clients.
- Prepare and issue insurance documents promptly and accurately.
- Assist with onboarding clients to have good expectations and know how to use our services.
- Ensure policy changes are processed accurately and in compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate client appointments and manage calendars effectively.
Requirements
- Licensing Requirements:
- Candidate must have an active Louisiana Property and Casualty License to be considered.
- Must be fluent in Spanish, along with proficiency in English to be considered.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel.
- Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
- Collaborative and supportive team member who fosters a positive work environment.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrates professionalism and respect in all interactions within the office environment.
