We have an exciting opportunity for HRBP who works with employees and leaders based in one of our growing distribution centers. The primary function of the HRBP is to provide strategic support to Company managers in order to champion an employee-oriented, high performing growth minded culture that emphasizes sales, relationships, and adding value. This position is responsible for the employee expirence, employee relations, satifaction, engagement, interviewing, and selection of employees for open positions, on-boarding, leadership, coaching, investigations and resolution of employee relation issues,compensation and performance reviews,assessing talent, and ensuring legal compliance with all Company policies and procedures. Works as a strategic partner with the business leaders to ensure best practices are followed Improve the candidate expirence Manage relations including investigations, coaching and counseling Guide new hires on-boarding process Ensure comprehensive understanding and adherence to HR policies and procedures, including payroll, compensation, benefits, holidays, and vacation Administer, communicate and implement HR programs and processes including performance management, rate increases, and incentives Work with supervisors regarding employee corrective action plans, disciplinary action, and potential terminations in order to mitigate risk to the Company Drive culture change and own accountability for change management Maintain legal compliance of I-9s and other legal documents
