What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR l Culture Manager position at Camino?
OVERVIEW
The Culture and Talent Manager (CTM) drives culture throughout Camino and will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with the organization’s values and mission. The CTM creates a values-oriented, high performance culture while ensuring that every employee is equipped to represent the Camino brand every day. Through implementing and overseeing employee engagement initiatives, training, recruitment, onboarding, and values-based reviews, the CTM will foster a strong and unifying culture for all employees while overseeing all aspects of human resources management.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop a values-based recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and performance review process and oversee the consistent implementation of it through all departments
- Track the cultural health of Camino and ideate ways to improve employee morale, engagement, and success Train staff on Strength's Finders and coach and support managers about people-related topics
- Manage employee morale initiatives such as Compensation, Benefits, Final Friday's at Four, All Staff Meetings, etc. Ensure employees have growth opportunities and advocate for their success
- Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, investigations, and conflict resolution
- Design training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Work closely with Marketing & Communications to streamline internal communications throughout the organization.
- Respond to routine employee inquires concerning HR
- Act as an internal spokesperson for crisis communication and effectively respond to crisis with staff
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Communications, or a related field
- Bi-lingual, Spanish required
- Strong HR and Business experience
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant work experience
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations
- Leadership skills with an infectious ability to motivate people around company values
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Trustworthy with the ability to keep information confidential
- Creative mind and industrious spirit
- Ability to lead major projects and execute on strict deadlines
- Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management

Salary : $50,000 - $65,000
