Assists with dog daycamp, heavy cleaning, play yard monitoring, grooming, feeding, and overall dog safety and operations management.

Primary Responsibilities

• Monitor dogs in the play yard.

• Maintaining a clean environment and ability to follow all cleaning protocols.

• Feeding, cleaning cabins, lifting heavy items.

• Constantly walking and interacting with dogs and team members.

• MAINTAINING A SAFE ENVIRONMENT!

• Provide excellent customer service.

• Managing schedules and appointments.

• Be active and attentive to dogs and pet parents at all times.
• Be coachable to seek to improve for betterment of self, organization, and strategic direction

Essential Skills

• Extremely energetic, outgoing, upbeat with a positive personality.

• Must be able to work at a fast pace, in a team environment, and have exceptional customer service skills, with zero drama.

• MUST LOVE DOGS - the noise, the hair, the messes, the love, and the smiles!

Requirements

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

• At least 18 years or older.

• Be able to lift 50 lbs

• Constantly walk and/or stand the entire shift.

• Must be comfortable monitoring up to 25 dogs at a time.

• Zero tolerance drug/alcohol environment
• Fast typing computer skills, multi-task, and attention to detail and consistent in process.

Availability

Hourly position starting at $9.50 - $15 subject to experience and motivations. Must be able to work a flexible schedule - Camps are open 7 days/week, weekends and holidays are required. We vacation when our dog parents do not. Monthly sales bonus available post introductory period for Front of House Team Members commensurate with initiative and punctuality.
