Campbell Properties is currently seeking a full-time Leasing Agent to join our Fargo-Moorhead team. We are looking for an individual who can work in a collaborative team environment, achieve excellent performance, and has a passion for serving others while assisting in maintaining an organized and well-functioning office.

Responsibilities:
- Greet all visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain professional communication both written and orally with residents, applicants, vendors, and team members
- Meet potential renters and guide them on tours of available apartments
- Promote good resident relations through courteous and timely responses to resident needs and concerns
- Accompany new residents for the move-in, and complete the appropriate move-in paperwork
- Accompany residents during the move-out process, and complete appropriate move-out paperwork
- Enter service requests
- Assist with the general upkeep of the property’s appearance
- Prepare and maintain complete resident files and upload appropriate paperwork in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with all Fair Housing regulations
