Job Summary
At Campora Propane Service, we are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Propane Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Propane Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting propane to residential, commercial, and industrial locations, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Propane Delivery: Safely transport propane to customers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the delivery vehicle, ensuring it is in good working condition.
- Loading and Unloading: Load and unload propane cylinders and tanks using proper lifting and safety techniques.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and customer transactions.
- Dispatch Coordination: Collaborate with the dispatch team to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Experience: 1-3 years of job-related experience (preferred).
- Skills: Positive attitude, safe mindset, and great communications/customer skills.
- Licenses and Certifications: CDL-Class A or B with Hazmat/Tanker endorsements.
- Physical Demands: Physically able to lift and pull up to 60 pounds, in all weather conditions.
