Responsibilities
The Groundsperson reports to the Facilities Manager and is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the property.
- Conduct pruning and landscape maintenance
- Trim, edge and mulch as directed
- Rake leaves and collect debris from grounds and common areas
- Clean and pick up grounds and breezeways; including trash collection
- Remove snow and spread salt in inclement weather
- Assist with pool maintenance as directed by supervisor
- Assist with light maintenance as directed by supervisor
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to follow instructions efficiently
