Canadian Executive Search Group (USA), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is now hiring experienced Production associates for an industry leader in grain sourcing and milling in Decatur, IL.

Pay rate :
1st shift $22.00 / HR
Shift hours :
1st shift Monday Friday 7 : 00 AM 3 : 00 PM ( Subject to change Some Saturdays are mandatory Overtime is available
Location : Decatur, IL
Description :
Job Responsibilities : Analyze and correct daily EDI freight bill errors Process paper freight, switch and transload invoices Ensure rail lease and accessorial invoices are processed or disputed within pay terms using Maximo Complete monthly carrier agings Assist with receivable processing Manage internal and external customer relationships Cross train on all rail payables desksDuties are subject to change and list does not include all responsibilities.
Job Requirements :
- H.S. diploma required plus a minimum of 2 years equivalent
- General office / accounting experience preferred
- Excellent data entry, keyboard, multi-line telephone, and ten key skills
- A basic understanding of mathematical / accounting procedures is required
- Attention to detail and the ability to locate discrepancies are essential for this position
- Ability to work independently as well as on a team
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of Maximo, OPGO, CICS, and IMS systems preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is requiredRelocation assistance is not available with this position.
