What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Business Partner position at Candidate Experience site?
Cetera Financial Group is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to add to our growing team. The HR Business Partner will provide end-to-end full-cycle support for one or more senior leaders and their teams. The successful candidates will be comfortable navigating a fast-paced dynamic environment, working in a matrixed, geographically dispersed organization. The role provides a combination of tactical and strategic work and provides the opportunity to refine current practices and build programs and processes as Cetera continues to scale.
What you will do:
- Partner with aligned sr. business leaders to lead and support the management and execution of our HR strategy, including on-going HR processes and initiatives, year-end compensation, performance management, goal setting, change management, talent acquisition, employee relations, team member engagement and other HR initiatives.
- Own and execute the talent management, development, and growth strategy for the business.
- Provide coaching to managers to enhance leadership abilities, relationships among teams/individuals, interpersonal communications, and performance management.
- Assist with defining new jobs, updating job descriptions, and ensuring roles are aligned with business and market strategy.
- Ensure the consistent application of HR policies, processes and systems within the groups supported.
- Consult on employee relations issues and resolutions.
- Seve as a cross-enterprise lead for various HR programs/ practices as needed.
- Generate reports and analysis using our HCM system; ensure data accuracy through reviews and system approvals as needed.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Qualifications – Required
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/ university in a relevant field or related education and experience
- Minimum 6 years of related human resources experience with at least four years of HR business partner/ consultant experience
- Demonstrated experience supporting and developing senior leaders.
- Foundational knowledge and experience with core HR foundational skills including organizational design, performance management, coaching and development, succession planning, ID&E, and employee relations.
- Proven track record in quickly gaining credibility and partnering collaboratively with senior business leaders.
- Excellent negotiation, group facilitation, written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations at the federal, state, and local level
Qualifications - Preferred
- 2 years' experience in a specialty functional area of human resources (e.g., leadership development, performance management, recruiting, compensation etc.)
- Experience working in financial services and/or a high growth organization.

Compensation Range
The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000, plus competitive performance-based bonus. Compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location. Compensation ranges may differ in differing locations due to cost of labor considerations.
