- Work on listings and follow the transaction from beginning to end
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members
- Assist with real estate administrative tasks such as document preparation and filing
- Maintain organized files and records related to property management
- Stay informed about market trends and property listings
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations
