Overview
Working from our office located in either Norcross, Georgia; or Dallas, TX, Canon U.S.A., Inc., is currently seeking a full time Account Relations Representative II to join our Business Information Communications Group (BICG). This position is responsible for executing client-driven initiatives and ensuring operational excellence to maximize client satisfaction and growth within the Wholesale and Retail sales channels. Position handles aspects of dealer-account operations and requires basic knowledge including, Marketing Program Coordination, System Support, Order Coordination, Contract Coordination, Asset Management, Sales Support, Marketing Support, Product Knowledge, Business Process Improvement and Problem Solving. This position communicates daily with sales, sales support, credit, sales training, service, operational and other internal and external entities. If you have advanced Excel experience providing sales support, this may be the job for you! The successful candidate will provide virtual support to proactively identify dealer-account transactions in an evolving environment within the copier industry. This position is full time and offers a hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in the office Mondays and Wednesday and an option to work from home the remainder of the week (unless a specific business need arises requiring in office attendance on other days). Note that work schedules and office reporting requirements may change from time to time based on business needs.Responsibilities
- Provide dealer-account operational support - Interface with internal/external staff and clients - Analyze sales and marketing data through the use of presentations and spreadsheets - Perform marketing program and order training sessions with latest developments - Research and track marketing and sales data - Troubleshoot system issues - Obtain product knowledge - Consult in the areas of business process improvement and problem solving - Respond and follow up on inquiries and general requestsQualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business is preferred - Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Power BI is required. - Must be analytical and extremely detailed with excellent follow up and problem solving skills - Keen sense of initiative and positive attitude - Ability to multi-task and adapt to change with attention to detail - Excellent time management skills - Ability to work with all levels of employees and managers - Some regional travel upon request - Ability to present material in a group setting is a plus. - Ability to handle self paced projects within Work From Home/Office hybrid environment.
