We are currently looking for: HR Advisor About the role As an HR Advisor within CANPACK Group HQ HR Team, you will support our Global Head Office functions in scope of all HR-related areas, including HR tools and processes, labour law, performance management, development, talent acquisition, compensation. In addition to daily responsibilities, you will also have a chance to take active part in various global projects or initiatives aimed at shaping our company’s culture and processes. Your responsibilities will include: Providing HR support to dedicated functional areas (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, IT, HR) across full employee lifecycle Providing guidance and expertise to managers on HR policies, regulations, and best practices Delivering great employee experience through pro-actively addressing their needs and questions Ensuring exceptional support throughout employee’s onboarding, reboarding, and offboarding Conducting end-to-end recruiting activities Maintaining appropriate data and processes within HRIS system (Workday), reporting on HR related data to analyze trends and optimize processes Supporting compensation processes, e.g., salary review and promotions Supporting learning, development, and performance evaluation processes at all stages throughout the year Working closely with other HR teams and functions You are our perfect candidate if you: Have around 5 years of experience within HR, preferably within global organizations Have strong understanding of Hire-to-Retire process Present people-oriented attitude with strong ethics, excellent communication and teamworking skills Are tech-savvy, comfortable working with Excel and HRIS (preferably Workday) Are fluent in both Polish and English Have recruiting background and understanding of IT environment Are a university graduate We offer: Complex and challenging role within our Global HQ, with real impact on the company’s processes and culture Fast-paced environment with great professional growth opportunities Flexible hybrid working setup (with 2 days in the office per week) Beautiful and modern office with collaborative spaces and picture-perfect Wawel castle view from the rooftop If you are a current CANPACK employee, please apply through your Workday account.
