Property Accountant
- 1-3 years accounting or related experience, preferred candidate has Associates Degree in accounting but not required
- Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized and detail-oriented Property Accountant Job Responsibilities
- Preparing Monthly Financial Statements
- Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger and Bank Statement Reconciliation
- Some local travel may be required
- Hours vary depending on season
