Job Description


Cantor Insurance Group is an independent property and casualty insurance agency located in Southfield, Michigan. We are a family-owned and operated business that is comprised of a close-knit group of individuals, who have been with the firm for a very long time.

We are seeking a goal-oriented individual to join our team as a Personal Lines Account Manager. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and team player with the ability to multi-task and solve problems efficiently. Responsibilities


With your attention to detail, you'll be helping clients round out their accountsassist with policy changes and renewals, and issue insurance documentation.

Your relationship-building skill set will be put to use by fostering strong relationships with clients to maintain client retention and to obtain referrals.

Use your savvy skills to create insurance quotesanswer client questionsproblem solve, and follow up with your quality rapport-building talents.


Requirements


  • Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
  • 3-6 years of Customer Service and Insurance Experience
  • Basic computer and technical proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Be a self-starter with critical thinking skills and the ability to multi-task.
