Account Executive

Canusa Paper & Packaging is seeking a full-time Account Executive based in our Lewiston, Maine office.

Summary: The Account Executive will support the Canusa sales team in managing all aspects of the sales process with customers and suppliers while providing exceptional customer service both internally and externally. The Account Executive will be responsible for providing timely and accurate information with respect to order placement, coordination of production dates and shipments, and reporting. The Account Executive will communicate regularly with customers, suppliers and vendors while also collaborating internally with logistics, operations and accounting to facilitate the company’s goals.

In addition, the Account Executive will be responsible for general office management duties. These include organizing and shipping product samples, handling incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining the overall organization of shared office spaces, overseeing the office calendar, and assisting the President with travel plans and other day to day tasks as needed. Other related tasks may be assigned to this position as needs arise.

The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate degree in business administration and/or prior experience in business, customer service, sales and/or logistics. Qualifications and Attributes for Success:

· Prior experience in customer service, sales, and/or logistics

Salary: Commensurate with experience
