Salary Range
Crisis Response Rates:
- Mobile Crisis Assessment Responding Rates:
- $300 per completed telehealth assessment
- $400 per completed face to face assessment
- Mobile Crisis On-Call Rate: $3.48/hour
- Mobile Crisis On-Call Holiday Rate: $4.16/hour
- Mobile Crisis On-call Consult: $34/hour
- Meetings and Trainings: $20/hour

Position Summary
This position is responsible for in-home crisis assessment/diagnosis and crisis intervention services to children, adults, and families, as a member of a mobile crisis response team. Services are provided for after hours and weekend coverage. Treatment services are provided in-home (Mobile Crisis Response), community and telehealth.
Qualifications
Clinician
- Masters or Doctorate Degree in social work, family therapy, or psychology
- MN licensed mental health professional (e.g., LPCC, LP, LICSW, LPCC, LMFT) with emphasis on clinical practice and eligibility to become a credentialed provider with insurance entities
Clinical Trainee
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or Clinical Counseling and must have/be currently pursuing LICSW, LMFT, LP or LPCC licensure
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience delivering either in-home or crisis services and experience
- Electronic Health Record systems and telehealth
