Canyon Creek features individual units for adolescents, adults, and seniors, and offers inpatient acute care and intensive outpatient programs. Sign-on bonus for RNs:
- Day shift: $10,000 with commitment
- Night shift: $15,000 with commitment
Registered Nurse (RN) Job Requirements:
The Staff Nurse (R.N.) is a registered professional nurse who prescribes, coordinates, and evaluates patient care through collaborative efforts with health team members in accordance with the nursing process and the standards of care and practices.
Requirements:
- Current license to practice nursing in the State of Texas (or eligible to receive or renew).
- Current CPR or BLS certification.
- Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting with patients aged 65 years .
