Purpose and responsibilities
This job was created to
. Take customers’ orders
. Greet guests with a smile. Inform guests of specials and make suggestions. Repeat back the order to insure that we have it correctly.
. Answer any of the guests’ questions.
. Keep food court clean and sanitary.
. Communicate with other staff on line.
. Responsible for keeping stations and Garden of Eden clean and
Organized.
QUALIFICATIONS-
Capacities
Physical
1. Position requires extensive walking and standing on hard tiled surfaces.
2. Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to (4) hours in length.
3. Employees will be required to lift objects up to 30 lbs. And carry them up to (200) feet.
4. Must be able to stoop and bend.
5. Subject to wet floors and cleaning chemicals.
6. Must be able to climb stairs
MENTAL
1. Understand and carry out oral instructions.
2. Be able to communicate clearly to staff and supervisors both written and orally.

OVERVIEW OF DAILY TASKS-
1. Greet guests, inform guests of specials, make suggestions and answer questions regarding food beverage, and service.
2. Carefully takes food and beverage orders from guests, clearly repeat back the orders.
3. Communicate with fellow staff, and coordinates entire station to ensure guest satisfaction with food and service.
4. Must assist in helping the dish staff, stocking workstations. Respond to any additional request.
5. Must keep Garden of Eden clean and fountain area clean.
6. Prep and stock food.
