SUMMARY

• Answer phones, respond to emails, greet applicants and residents, conduct in-person and virtual tours, schedule vendors, walk units, assist manager with duties and deadlines, and be team player, as our front friendly face.
• Utilize sales guidelines to sell apartments, follow up on prospects, accurately complete required documentation, and move in new residents- inlcuding handling social media.
• Provide exceptional customer service, monitor renewals, and strive for resident retention.
• Participate in determining and execute marketing and advertising strategies.
• Ensure quality and quantity of make ready apartments and prompt completion of service requests.
• Enforce resident compliance with community policies and procedures.
• Comply with all aspects of the federal Fair Housing Act, state Fair Housing laws, and local occupancy standards.
• Perform various administrative responsibilities.
• Adhere to Fair Housing and Occupancy Standards. Adhere to all aspects of Canyon View Property Training
• Must have working phone for communication and reliable transportation

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

High school graduate

At least two years of experience in relevant customer service

Able to work evenings and weekends

Word, Excel and Outlook

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Work Schedule: Hours of work are 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday (or as mandated by your Regional).

If occupancy is a concern, the office will be open on Saturdays. Please refer to your Regional Property Manager for specific requirements. This is on a rotation between the Property Manager and Leasing team.
Consumption of alcoholic beverages or being under the influence is prohibited.

Drug-Screening: Successfully pass a drug-screening test.
