Position Summary:
The objective of this position is to supply quality overseas headwear to our customers in a timely and satisfactory manor.
Essential Functions:
- Arranging sample requests and production orders for overseas factory according to customer’s needs
- Entering overseas orders into computer system.
- Entering and setting up style inventory in SBT as needed.
- Overseas quoting and price confirmation on samples and orders.
- Communicate with Customer Service and Art Dept.
- Assist Dept. Supervisor when needed and other duties as requested.
- Use Adobe Illustrator to create sample spec sheets to send to overseas factory.
- Prepare samples from overseas factory to be sent to customer for approval.
- Perform other duties as requested.
Qualifications:
- Basic computer skills, SBT, Excel, art knowledge (Adobe Illustrator), Wilcom
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good phone etiquette
- Must have organization skills
- Basic math skill
- Detail Oriented
Some sitting, standing, walking, lifting (over 75 lbs.), bending, twisting, reaching, stretching, pushing, and pulling required.
