We are seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment including excavators, backhoes, loaders, and graders
- Perform excavation and earthmoving tasks according to project specifications

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Excavator Operator or similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment operation
- Proficiency in operating Caterpillar equipment is preferred
- Familiarity with water truck operation is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Physical stamina to work in outdoor environments and lift heavy objects
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Skills:
- Proficient in operating excavators, backhoes, loaders, graders, and other heavy equipment
- Ability to build and shape landscapes using heavy machinery
- Knowledge of paving techniques for road construction projects
- Experience in backhoe operation for digging trenches or removing debris
- Skilled in bulldozing for leveling surfaces or clearing land
- Competent in loader operation for material handling tasks
- Proficiency in grader operation for grading surfaces accurately
