Based out of Capco’s Orlando office, The North America HR Operations team is responsible for processing all new hires, background checks, contractors, exits/terminations, and benefits across the US and Canada.
About the Job:
The HR Operations Manager will lead a team that offers a high level of support and services to Capco’s business based out of Capco’s Orlando office. There is also a global aspect to this work as support for other countries in developing their processes and services along with policy development will be a feature in this role. She/he will lead a team of 4-5 human resources professionals in the Orlando area.
What You’ll Get to Do:
- Deliver comprehensive reporting reflecting Capco HR activity, ensuring highest levels of data integrity
- Function as North America point of contact for data and reports pertaining to pre-hire backgrounds, onboarding, offboarding, audits, new policy and procedure roll outs
- Deliver proactive analysis and consultation on human capital trends such as turnover analysis and retention studies to identify improvement opportunity areas and establish action plans to address
- Ensures process alignment with global mandates and manages coordination of requests from other departments
- Assist with the design, implementation, and administration of HR policies and procedures regarding salaries, employment decisions, and employee development, in close liaison with geo leads and compensation teams
- Lead open enrollment on behalf of North America
- Manage employee immigration processes in partnership with legal counsel
What You’ll Bring with You:
- 8 years Human Resources experience leading teams responsible for HR Operations
- Experience with HRIT and process re-engineering
- Able to manage high volume while maintaining attention to detail
- Fluent with PeopleSoft, Excel, ATS system/s. Greenhouse a plus
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent
- Relevant certifications such as SPHR, CEBS, CCP, or Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development are a plus
- Audit and compliance focused
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Proficiency in oral and written communications
- History of working through employee issues and ability to manage people situations
- Manage complex programs and multiple deadlines
