Responsibilities

• Identify, investigate, and monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Educate and train on disease process and prevention of associated infections
• Provide nursing staff with both clinical and educational support and guidance, as well as identify areas of educational needs
• Develop in-service programs, train staff, and coordinate completion of these programs

Qualifications

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN or RN in the state of Massachusetts
• Certification in Infection Control and Epidemiology is required (if not certified, we can provide assistance to get certified)
• Public health, epidemiology, clinical laboratory science, medical technology, or related experience is required
• Primary series of the COVID-19 vaccine required
