Provide leadership and guidance for on-premises and cloud-based customer implementations
Design, develop, and deploy Apigee solutions that meet the customer's business and technical requirements
Work with the customer's operations team to implement the infrastructure components of the Apigee platform
Build and execute API functional and performance test plans
Define, architect, and implement a target-state API toolset that will enhance developer experience across the API lifecycle
Manage administration, support, and development audit of existing environments
Assess and optimize the performance and security of the API platform
A list of the minimum qualifications and skills that the Apigee architect needs to have, such as:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
4 years of experience in Apigee platform installation, configuration, and development
4 years of experience in API management, API strategy, and API modernization
Experience with containers and container management, such as Kubernetes
Experience with Drupal o Experience with DevOps/CI/CD tools and processes, such as Jenkins, Terraform, etc.
Experience with Enterprise Integration/Middleware solutions, such as MuleSoft, IBM, Oracle, etc.
Knowledge of web services, REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, etc.
Knowledge of security standards and protocols, such as OAuth, SAML, JWT, etc.
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
