JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Experience in MS Dynamics 365 CE /CRM with knowledge in in Financial Services (Banking)
2. Good understanding on capabilities of D365 Sales, Service and Power apps
3. Experience in designing Security model, Configurations of Workflows, Power Automate, Business Rules.
4. Data analysis and validation with CRM dynamics configuration rules
5. Exposure in Workflows, Plugins, Form Customization and CRM Administration
6. Requirement gathering and Analysis and experience in conducting workshops to drive requirements/design by engaging Business & Technical stakeholders
7. Facilitating the review and approval of requirements from all stakeholders.
8. Good understanding in MS CRM & 3rd party Integration using middleware for both real time and batch integrations.
9. Writing user stories, conducting grooming sessions and story walkthroughs
10. Giving demo to the Product Owner and other stakeholders for final sign-off
11. Preparation of use case diagrams, UMLs, Sequence diagrams, Visio flows
12. Work closely with the team to define the backlog and the sequence of implementation of the backlog
13. Impact analysis of change requests on the existing business flows
14. Should be Able to draw logical workflow, Analyze a problem / requirement, come up with
proper AC. Have critical and logical thinking and be able to document the ideas in JIRA.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $43.92/hour - $68.62/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
Salary : $44 - $69
