Business analyst These will be process documentation, journey mapping, business rules and business requirements elicitation that would be handed off to the technical teams. This person will also be involved in testing and creating a feature/ requirements backlog working directly with Business Team. People who has worked in Product owner role is also fine , with telecommunication background.
