Managing Application Consultant - SAP Lead Group Reporting

SAP Group Reporting Lead:

Capgemini is looking to hire a SAP Group Reporting Lead to join our I&D team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform duties such a requirements' gathering, leading client workshops, assigning and delegating tasks to subordinates and offshore teams, design document preparation, system documentation, configuration of BPC models and dimensions
• Assist with data integration design, data validation, and data quality, perform testing and training, and ensure the on time and on budget completion of their assigned stream
• Must be hands on and able to perform the work as well as oversee the work performed by other team members and offshore.
• Must be able to manage a team of offshore support staff as well as developers and perform QA on their work.
• Must understand driver based planning and how it is implemented within BPC, data integration with BPC, and have a general understanding of accounting and finance.

Required Skills:

• 10 years of Consolidation and/or Financial Planning experience
• Demonstrated ability in a client-facing consulting delivery role managing an onsite/offshore delivery mode
• 7 years of working specifically with SAP Consolidation tools; recent experience with S/4HANA Group Reporting is preferred
• Degree in Finance is preferred

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $160,000 to $180,000. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
