• As Product Owner, you will help us with customer experience
• You break down complex projects into smart iterations, prototypes, and MVP's, and continuously prioritize based on economic value and customer impact.
• You will create a vision for the CRM applications. To realize that you will work on a roadmap, and metrics and support the team to deliver on it.
• Often referred to as the Voice of the Customer, the Product Owner is critical to the success of a product development effort.
• We are looking for an assertive and hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced and change-rich environment.
• The ideal candidate will have incredible analytical skills and be quick to make key-level decisions.
• The Product Owner Advisor defines the product roadmap and has a vision for growth opportunities for scrum teams to ensure alignment between Business products and the needs of its customers.
• A key element of this is deploying and leveraging the power of CRM to create deep insights into our customers, both existing and new, to drive leads, sales, new products and services, and an overall customer experience that wows.
• As the CRM Product Owner, you will work hand in hand with the business to define an overall digital customer experience vision that drives the objectives and goals of the Commercial business, acting as both an enabler and visionary in the design.
• You will then translate this into a set of products, services, and applications that serve as a primary touch point for our new and existing customers and will ultimately be accountable for the success of the product.
