We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Engineer with a focus on AspenTech and AVEVA systems. This remote position requires a US Citizen (due to ITAR requirements) and is available for a 6-month duration. The role involves developing and supporting advanced configurations, dashboarding tools, and condition-based monitoring systems across various platforms including Aspen InfoPlus.21, AVEVA, Labware LIMS, and SAP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide configuration, development, and support expertise in AspenTech & AVEVA interfacing.
- Develop advanced dashboarding tools that integrate data from Aspen suite, AVEVA, Labware (LIMS), and SAP to provide optimization, synchronization, and forecast predictions.
- Implement and manage Condition Based Monitoring systems with notifications.
- Offer global support and maintenance for Aspen InfoPlus.21 (IP21) and PI AVEVA/OSIsoft systems as needed.
- Structure site mapping using real-time data for operational efficiency.
- Automate production and consumption postings in SAP.
- Support analytics platforms such as SeeQ and JMP, enhancing data utilization and decision-making processes.
Required Qualifications/Skills:
- Citizenship: Must be a US Citizen to meet ITAR requirements.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience with historian platforms, particularly Aspen InfoPlus.21 (IP.21).
- Technical Proficiency: Strong background in configuration and development within AspenTech & AVEVA systems.
- Integration Skills: Good functional experience with interface and integration activities involving SAP WP1/WPX.
- Analytical Tools: Experience with SeeQ, JMP, or similar analytics platforms is beneficial.
- Education: Degree in a relevant technical field is preferred.
Good to Have:
- Experience with PI AVEVA (OSIsoft) historian platform.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $36.98/hour - $57.79/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
