Should have done Contact Centre Transformation for Global clients and should have experience in handling global clients.
Working with sales teams and other cross functional team to develop and deliver solutions by responding to client RFI/RFP
Provide guidance/working with the team in terms of responding to RFI/RFP
Assisting the client organisation in rebalancing their workforce size and skill set in line with changing business demands
Develop both thought leadership points of view and new service offerings to differentiate us in the marketplace
Should have done commercial modelling and Sizing
Should have good understanding of the latest Technology trends in the market and should have worked on the same
Should have hands on experience in Contact Centre Labor Solutioning
Should have a very good understand of the latest Contact Centre Technology.
Should have independently conducted Workshop with the clients
Should have experience in creating and deliver packs to the clients as part of the client workshop/Orals
Would also be responsible for onboarding new partners to support the growing demand of the clients
The roles also works very closely with the Analyst
The roles also need to work very closely with the all the different teams across Capgemini
Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
