We are looking for a reliable Accounting Clerk to join our team!
****Must have 3-5 years of Automotive Accounting experience to qualify****
As an accounting clerk your main responsibility will be Account Receivables and Vehicle Inventory Management.
Tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Sending out contracts
- Breaking down deals
- Submitting for rebates
- Paying off trades
- Cutting checks
- Stocking in vehicles
- Billing retail deals
- Billing wholesale deals
- Dealer trades
- Daily Deposits
- Payables
- Filing
- Receivables
- Down payments
- Tag and title
- Any other tasks assigned or needed
Attention to detail, a high degree of organization and the ability to multitask is a must!!
