Capital Depot Inc, a Morton Grove company, is seeking a full time team member.
We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. Your role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.
A signing bonus of $2,000 will be provided after 90 days of employment.
Duties & Responsibilities
-Reviewing documentation for accuracy and completeness.
-Ensuring purchases and advances are within company credit guidelines.
-Notifying clients of incomplete items.
-Providing outstanding customer service on accounts, resolving complaints by investigating issues, & composing responses and monitoring standards.
Required Skills
-Ability to provide clients an outstanding experience.
-Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, pro-rata, percentages and volume.
-Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
-Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal).
-Ability to be detail-oriented, proactive and dependable.
-Experience in freight or transportation industries preferred but not required (trucking, cargo, broker, etc.)
-Bilingual encouraged.
