Lead Dispatcher

Capital Driver Leasing, LLC is a Leading, Privately Owned, 24/7 Driver Staffing company placing CDL Drivers on Customer assignments throughout New England, MD & PA.

Our 30yr experienced staff "Rolls" with the everchanging Transportation Industry, to ensure our Customer's needs are fulfilled and our Drivers are compensated for their skills and time.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate & Dispatch CDL Drivers to Customer Assignment, per Driver skill, location, availability and Customer needs and/or equipment, for efficient delivery of Customer goods
• Utilize phone system(s), e-mail, time tracking & scheduling platform(s)
• Communicate with Drivers, Customers & Support Staff to ensure timely and accrurate service billing and Driver payroll
• Monitor time tracking & scheduling platform(s)
• Data entry and updating information in our Dispatch system(s)
• Handle any issues or delays that may arise during Driver Assignments
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities

Experience:

• Previous experience in Transportation and/or Staffing Dispatching is required. CDL Driver Experience a plus.
• Detail oriented, self motivated and problem solving attitude while providing highest level of professionalism with both Customers & Drivers.
• Dependable Team Member with positive attitude. Ability to work well with other in fast-paced, small office environment.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with Drivers, Customers and Support Staff.
• Proficiency in computer-based applications such as internet, web-based applications, MS Office365 or other business software.
• Ability to perfomr routine mathematical calculations.
• High School diploma or GED (required)
• Able to read, wright and speak English (required)
• Valid Drivers License (required)

Pay: $62,000.00 - $67,600.00 per year
