Capital Gifts is currently seeking a Customer Fulfillment Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for all e-Commerce shipping and receiving activities at the Capital Gifts Annapolis, Maryland facility. Currently, we're seeking a warehouse manager to join our team and manage operations in our fulfillment center in Annapolis, MD. This professional multi-tasker will manage and oversee the receiving, handling, kitting, picking, and packing activities within the warehouse, ensuring quality standards are met at every turn. By streamlining all warehouse activities, this detail-oriented leader can help drive overall profitability and customer satisfaction - two of the main goals of our customer service organization.

Responsibilities:
· Organize stock and merchandise within the warehouse by properly unboxing and storing goods in their designated location.
· Maintain accurate records of stocked products and provide management with an accurate representation of all goods shipped and received.
· Verify all incoming shipments to be accurate by comparing the invoice to the order and ensure all goods are in excellent condition.
· Organize and sort items on shelving, bins, and overhangs according to company standards.
· Monitor and accurately maintain company internal inventory tracking system.
· Retrieve items from within the warehouse to be kitted, processed and shipped; assemble orders, check against customer orders and report incomplete orders.
· Properly pack all orders to be shipped and quality packed according to company and customer standards to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
· Coordinate and execute all carrier outbound shipping and inbound receiving schedules as required to meet customer SLAs.
· Perform cycle counts and physical inventory counts as needed.
· Contribute to team effort by actively participating in continuous improvement activities.
· Ensure all processes and procedures are documented and regularly updated.
· Maintain physical condition of warehouse and storage rooms, including design layout, organization and cleanliness, and issuing work orders for repairs.
· Establish and maintain safety operations by adhering to procedures and policies.
· Complete daily work area housekeeping.
· Ensure the security of warehouse operations and inventory.
· Other tasks as assigned.
Required Experience and Skills:
· High School Diploma or GED minimum.
· A minimum of 3 years in warehouse lead role.
· Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedure and policy.
· Outstanding service orientation; sense of urgency; high level of personal integrity.
· Experience with customer service, sales support, shipping logistics, and fulfillment activities.
· Proficiency using MS Office, Outlook, shipping software and procedures for top shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL).
· Proven data entry and record-keeping experience with high data integrity and accuracy.
· Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations to accurately complete job tasks.
· Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
· Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers to satisfy customer requirements.
· Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished written or orally.
· Committed to delivering results; solutions oriented; good organizational skills; and ability to multi-task.
· Ability to respond to vendors, staff, and shippers in a friendly and positive manner.
· Work flexible hours, including weekends.
· Ability to use basic tools, various material handler, packing equipment, and lift up to 50 lbs.
· Meet all physical requirements to perform the duties of the position including the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, lift, climb, bend, reach, grasp.
· Must have a valid driver’s license.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
