What are the responsibilities and job description for the US Bank Program Manager position at Capital on Tap?
Capital on Tap is seeking a Bank Program Manager that can manage the relationship with our banking partner and help us run our business credit card program. This role will be at the critical intersection between our compliance team and commercial initiatives - with engagement from senior stakeholders across the business.
This role will work across a broad spectrum of teams - compliance, product, operations and credit - to prioritize and efficiently manage projects from start to finish. These projects include customer-facing communications, marketing materials, and customer experience projects that need to be prepared internally and agreed with our banking partner.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with relationship management experience looking to gain more exposure into business projects and compliance initiatives at a fast paced fintech with offices in the UK and the US.
Responsibilities:
- Being the primary contact to manage our banking partner and internal projects, moving initiatives from ideation through to delivery.
- Leading regular discussions with our banking partner and ensuring site visits and audits are completed successfully.
- Optimizing the process and workflows with the partner bank to ensure effective resource planning and quick turnaround on initiatives.
- Support with compliance reviews and monitoring where necessary to ensure effective management of business projects.
- Complete additional projects and duties as required.

- 3 years in a relationship-management role ideally within the financial services industry
- An understanding of compliance considerations in the lending space is valuable
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of projects within a lean team.
- Be a bridge builder - build relationships with internal stakeholders and those at the partner bank to foster transparency and healthy debate.
- Experience effectively working with third party vendors or external stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfort presenting and making persuasive arguments.
