As a Treasury Management Specialist, you will be on the frontline of delivering on our commitment to an exceptional client experience. You’ll support our commercial clients both proactively and reactively, during their onboarding and afterwards. You’ll be empowered to take ownership of the full client experience to include onboarding new services, daily servicing and in some cases offboarding. You’ll become an expert (through training we will provide) on our Treasury Management products and services, supporting clients in their use of our products to ensure they receive the best experience possible. Collaborating with multiple teams, you’ll analyze and resolve client issues and serve as our customers’ advocate among internal stakeholders, providing thoughtful feedback on where customers are achieving their goals as well as where their needs are not being met.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Fulfills various requests related to customer payments
Researches and resolves a wide variety of issues and queries using independent judgment with little or no assistance
Inputs data changes on a wide variety of accounts
Executes tasks efficiently, following established procedures and according to regulatory and customer experience requirements
Exercises judgement to make independent decisions, when necessary
Works with teammates and partner groups to proactively identify process improvements and best practices
Help develop and update process maps, procedures, or other artifacts; may maintain/ update documentation for new and existing processes.
Contributes to or leads special projects in a limited capacity
Investigates and resolves customer issues with little or no assistance
Provides support to customer-facing associates for international and domestic wires
Supports multiple payment processes
Build relationships with partners to ensure best practices are being administered
Attend ad hoc meetings as a subject matter expert in areas of expertise
History of supporting and leveraging resources across the value stream
Develop solutions to problems based on subject matter expertise and research of areas within and beyond own area of responsibility
Deliver results which routinely exceed requirements and expectations with minimal guidance on unstructured objectives
Work at Home Technology Requirements:
A secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
A reliable private internet connection that is not supplied by use cellular data (hot spot)
Cable or fiber connections are preferred
Internet service download speeds must be at least 5 mbps, with 10 mbps preferred - check your download speed using a speed test. A sample one can be found here. To test your home internet from your personal computer at home, type www.speedtest.net into the web browser of your personal computer.
Sustained ability to maintain latency less than 250 ms in voice calls is required
Hard wired connectivity is preferred, any use of wireless connectivity must be Private (non-public) and password protected through WPA2-PSK (AES) encryption. If you have any questions about your encryption, please consult with your internet provider
A private network is password protected where you have ownership or line of sight to every device on the network

Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 1 year of Operations experience
At least 1 year of Banking experience
At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or military experience
At least 2 years of experience in customer service
At least 2 years of Operations experience
At least 2 years of Banking experience
At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Sheets, Slides)
At least 1 year of experience in Risk Management
At least 1 year of experience using Salesforce
