Capital Remodeling, Inc. is top-rated Remodeling Company that services six (7) states and DC! With offices located in Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Georgia we are one of the largest Remodeling Companies in the Mid-Atlantic Region, and we’re expanding!
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to meet the companies’ hiring needs in multiple different areas of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Hiring and screening for multiple positions (Sales, Laborers, Corporate roles, etc.)
- Posting and reviewing job postings on hiring sites
- Contacting qualified candidates to discuss job requirements and qualifications
- Arranging for hiring managers to meet with candidates as well for further screening
- Collecting hiring paperwork
- Running background and references checks
Requirements:
- Previous recruiting experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of job boards (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Office 365.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
