Parts Specialist Qualifications
- Parts Experience preferred
- Great customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and willing to follow directions
- Self-starter and a team player
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
Parts Specialist Responsibilities
- Assists customers in selecting parts
- Place special orders for parts
- Provide customer with pricing and product information
- Dispense parts to the service department and body shop
- Assist in maintaining inventory
- Meet departmental production and profitability goals
- Maintains customer service index at or about dealerships standards
- Promptly answer telephone
- Maintain an organized, clean and safe work area
- Complete and turn in all paperwork
