 Parts Specialist Qualifications

• Parts Experience preferred 
• Great customer service skills
• Detail-oriented and willing to follow directions
• Self-starter and a team player
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen

Parts Specialist Responsibilities 

• Assists customers in selecting parts
• Place special orders for parts
• Provide customer with pricing and product information
• Dispense parts to the service department and body shop
• Assist in maintaining inventory
• Meet departmental production and profitability goals
• Maintains customer service index at or about dealerships standards
• Promptly answer telephone 
• Maintain an organized, clean and safe work area
• Complete and turn in all paperwork
